Contracts
Once your assignment commences you will be operating under a contract for services. Your contract will be sent to you included in your starter pack. You should then read through and familiarise yourself with them.

As the market is urgent for temporary workers the importance of understanding that your assignment requires reliability, punctuality and more importantly commitment.

Working Hours and Procedures
Assignments are based at the standard 48 hour unless otherwise agreed with your consultant. If you are unable to attend work for any reason, you should telephone your consultant preferably before your normal start time. Frequent periods of absenteeism can cause problems or jeopardise the continuation of the assignment.

Presentation and Dress Code
INNEXIV Direct expects temporary representatives to be suitably presented and in line with the dress code expectations of the company/organisation you are assigned to, not only are you representing the company you have been assigned to, but you are also representing INNEXIV Direct and more importantly yourself.

Rates of Pay
Agreed rates of pay will be confirmed in advance by your consultant. This will remain throughout your assignment. All overtime worked will be at the rate stated in your contract unless otherwise stated. Please contact you consultant should you feel your original duties have significantly changed and you feel a review of your rate is appropriate.

Payment
To ensure you are correctly paid and on-time for work undertaken, it is imperative that you complete a timesheet for each week worked and that your line manager at your assignment has signed it. All completed timesheets will be paid via wire transfer to your bank account once a month (Payment will be paid for the previous month worked)

Code of Conduct
INNEXIV Direct asks that you respect and adhere to the code of conduct and regulations for the company/organisation you are assigned to; drawing specific attention to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Personal Equipment Usage
Please refrain from using clients’ equipment to surf the internet, send personal emails or make personal phone calls unless otherwise permitted. All mobile phones should be switched off during working hours unless otherwise advised.
