The benefit of using this system is that we can pinpoint candidates with the right mixture of skills, industry background and salary right through to identifying those that live within a specific radius of your office.

We pride ourselves on having not the largest database but certainly the most up to date one. We know this because we employ a dedicated Candidate Manager to develop better relationships with our candidates.

Advertised Search.
This isn’t just for clients with big budgets to spend, but those with specific criteria who are working to a tight deadline. This approach has proved so successful for us time and time again because it works by attracting those people who see your job as more appealing as the one they’re in.

Our consultants take time to identify the target audience and publications for you to make sure we attract the right applicant for the job.

Executive Search.
Not just for board level positions, executive search works well when we know we’re targeting candidates from a small base. Imagine you’re a top notch candidate.
